Assault

At 10:09 a.m. on Friday, a 26-year-old male reported trespassing at a business on Glacier Highway.

Attempt to Serve

At 3:50 p.m. on Friday, 42-year-old Ryan Jaravata was arrested on Mendenhall Loop Road on a no-bail warrant for failure to remand on an original charge of criminal mischief. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Child Abuse or Neglect

At 1:22 p.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department took a confidential report of child abuse.

Death Investigation

At 9:55 p.m. on Friday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 51-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified and the circumstances are not considered suspicious.

Domestic Dispute

At 6:33 p.m. on Friday, a 49-year-old female reported being assaulted by a 42-year-old make on Great Western Street. Domestic violence was a factor.

Theft

At 6:27 p.m. on Friday, a 58-year-old female reported the theft of a debit card on Foster Avenue.
