Burglary

At 1:55 p.m. on Friday, a 63-year-old male reported a burglary at a business on Glacier Highway.

Death Investigation

At 2:40 p.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of an 87-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified and the death is not considered suspicious in nature.

Disturbance

At 4:49 a.m. on Friday, JPD received a confidential report regarding a mental health incident on Gold Street.

Fight

At 12:28 a.m. on Monday, JPD responded to an altercation between a 29-year-old male and a 27-year-old male on Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury

At 5:29 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a collision involving a 35-year-old female and a 17-year-old female. One person was taken by ambulance to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

Shoplifting

At 9:29 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into a reported shoplifting on Glacier Highway.

Traffic Stop

At 10:45 p.m. on Monday, 46-year-old Jesse Rodrigues was cited and released on Capital Avenue for driving without a license. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
