At 6:58 p.m. on Wednesday, 57-year-old Michelle Bennett was arrested on Teal Street a $150 Alaska State Trooper Warrant for failure to appear for therapeutic court on original charges of driving under the influence, refusal and eight counts of violating conditions of release.
