At 3:48 p.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into fraudulent use of an access device on Vintage Boulevard.

Noise Complaint

At 7:06 p.m. on Wednesday, 65-year-old Leland Hulbert was arrested on a no-bail warrant for failure to report to Lemon Creek Correctional Center on an original charge of driving while intoxicated.
