At 8:39 p.m. on Monday, 39-year-old Jonathan James was arrested on Marine Way on a $100 felony warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to register as a sex offender

At 11:01 a.m. on Monday, a 42-year-old male reported shoplifting from a business on Mendenhall Mall Road.
