At 7:07 p.m. on Saturday, 57-year-old Douglas McAlpin was arrested on Marine Way on a $50 Juneau Police Department warrant for failure to appear on original charges of larceny and interfering with official duties.
At 8:53 p.m. on Saturday, a maroon Oldsmobile found in the middle of Village Street with a punched ignition was impounded.
Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device
At 4:09 p.m. on Saturday, JPD created a case to document an ongoing stalking and fear assault investigation on Douglas Highway.
Traffic Stop
At 11:22 p.m. on Saturday, 57-year-old Robert Franquiz was arrested on Front Street for driving without a license and cited for a wrong-way violation. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.
