Attempt to Serve
At 8:09 p.m. on Thursday, 57-year-old Michelle Bennett was arrested on Jordan Avenue on two $500 warrants for failure to appear on original charges of driving under the influence, larceny and violating conditions of release. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.
Conditions Violation
At 1:15 a.m. on Thursday, 51-year-old Steven Lythgoe was arrested on Cinema Drive for driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, unlawful contact and resisting. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.
