Attempt to Serve

At 12:12 p.m. on Monday, 42-year-old Nathan James Nichols was arrested on Teal Street on a $500 Alaska State Troopers warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

At 1:22 p.m. on Monday, 30-year-old Bradley Free Wilson was arrested on Egan Drive on a $100 warrant. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 11:24 p.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Vivian Williams was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road on $150 in warrants for failure to appear on original charges of trespassing, concealing merchandise, violating conditions of release and larceny. Alcohol was a factor.

Police Assist

At 10:19 p.m. on Monday, 44-year-old Charles Milton was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for unlawful contact. He was taken to LCCC. Domestic violence was a factor.

Sex Crime

At 10:33 a.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into a reported sexual assault.

At 9:50 p.m. on Monday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a sexual assault.

Shoplifting

At 1:36 p.m. on Monday, 57-year-old Lance Christian Cesear was arrested on Franklin Street for larceny and trespassing. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 8:07 p.m. on Monday, 45-year-old Jason Magness was arrested on Willoughby Avenue on a $250 warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
