Conditions Violation

At 4:27 p.m. on Friday, 66-year-old Richard Willard was arrested on Douglas Highway for unlawful conduct and violating a protective order. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Domestic violence was a factor.

Disturbance

At 9:56 p.m. on Friday, 49-year-old Eleanor Koenig was arrested on Marine Way for domestic violence assault. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Drug Activity

At 3:21 p.m. on Friday, a case was created by the Juneau Police Department for training purposes.
