Driving While Intoxicated

At 3:17 a.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old Toma Alex was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Franklin Street. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Drug Activity

At 2:26 p.m. on Saturday, a 43-year-old female turned an item believed to be drugs in to the Juneau Police Department. The item was taken for destruction.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 2:25 a.m. on Saturday, 25-year-old Diane Timote was arrested for disorderly conduct on Front Street. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, JPD created a case to document the impound of vehicle on La Perouse Avenue.

Sex Crime

At 11:17 a.m. on Saturday, JPD initiated a confidential investigation into a reported sexual assault.

Shoplifting

At 9:31 p.m. on Saturday, JPD created a case for information only about an incident on Glacier Highway.

Theft

At 12:26 p.m. on Saturday, a 75-year-old male reported a theft of firearms at Harbor Way.

At 1:25 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of theft from a business on Willoughby Avenue.

Traffic Stop

At 1:39 a.m. on Saturday, 22-year-old Kyon Moore was cited and released for driving without a license on 10th Street.

At 3:13 a.m. on Saturday, 36-year-old Erica Roskowski was arrested for driving while intoxicated and refusal on Mendenhall Loop Road. She was taken to LCCC.

Trespassing

At 4:01 p.m. on Saturday, 63-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested for assault on Franklin Avenue. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
