Attempt to Serve

At 2:19 p.m. on Wednesday, 37-year-old Ryan Cook was arrested on Glacier Highway on a Juneau Police Department warrant and an Alaska State Trooper warrant. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 6:12 p.m. on Wednesday, a 14-year-old male was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft and fourth-degree assault. He was taken to Johnson Youth Center.

Child Abuse or Neglect

At 3:21 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD began a confidential investigation into reported child abuse or neglect.

Drug Activity

At 5:59 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD created a case for found drugs.

At 10:46 p.m. on Wednesday, 32-year-old Joshua Peterson-Candelaria was arrested on a $25 warrant for fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was taken to LCCC.

Fight

At 5:19 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a fight between a 62-year-old male and two unknown males on Jordan Avenue.

Mental Subject

At 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD initiated a confidential response to a mental health problem.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 1:56 a.m. on Wednesday, 42-year-old Walter Brown was cited and released for criminal trespass on Main Street. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3:49 a.m. on Wednesday, 42-year-old Charla Janette Bennett was cited and released on Egan Drive for trespassing and violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Robbery

At 1:53 a.m. on Wednesday, a 62-year-old female reported an attempted robbery on Douglas Highway.

Theft

At 9:46 a.m. on Wednesday, a 38-year-old female reported a truck was stolen on Channel Drive. The vehicle was later recovered.

Traffic Stop

At 1:52 a.m. on Wednesday, 29-year-old Kristofer Valadez was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Mendenhall Mall Road. He was taken to LCCC and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
