Attempt to Serve

At 4:43 a.m. on Thursday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on seven warrants on original charges of trespassing, assault and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Camping Complaint

At 7:22 a.m. on Thursday, 45-year-old Garrett Derr was cited and released for disorderly conduct on Teal Street.

Disturbance

At 10:38 p.m. on Thursday, 42-year-old John Der Forchemer was arrested for assault on Glacier Highway. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Found Property

At 7:17 p.m. on Thursday, a wallet found on Glacier Avenue was turned in to the Juneau Police Department and placed into safekeeping.

Theft

At 11:08 a.m. on Thursday, 42-year-old Nathan Nichols was arrested on Capital Avenue on $100 of warrants. He was taken to LCCC.

At 11:48 a.m. on Thursday, a 68-year-old female reported the theft of a lost backpack on Egan Drive.

Trespassing

At 5:52 a.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a 53-year-old male trespassing on Shell Simmons Drive.

Trespassing in Vehicle or Vehicle Rifling

At 1:10 p.m. on Thursday, a 74-year-old female reported a vehicle rifling.

Welfare Check

At 5:38 p.m. on Thursday, 50-year-old Jerome Larue was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road on a no-bail warrant for failure to reprimand as ordered on an original charge of driving without a license. He was taken to LCCC.
