Assault

At 2:05 a.m. on Thursday, a 35-year-old male reported he was assaulted by a 24-year-old male on Gastineau Avenue. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:09 p.m. on Thursday, a 37-year-old male reported he was assaulted by a 49-year-old male.

Child Abuse or Neglect

At 2:05 p.m. on Thursday, the Juneau Police Department began a confidential investigation into a report of sexual abuse of a minor.

Disturbance

At 8:23 p.m. on Thursday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a case involving a child on Douglas Highway.

Trespassing

At 10:04 p.m. on Thursday, 22-year-old Jessie Leroy Mendez was cited and released for criminal trespass on Auke Lake Way.
