Attempt to Serve

At 7:38 p.m. on Wednesday, 56-year-old Anthony Whiteman was arrested on a $50 warrant. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions Violation

At 4:46 p.m. on Wednesday, 53-year-old Ollie Stewart was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road for violating a special protective order, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Death Investigation

At 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of a 56-year-old male. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

Domestic Dispute

At 11:05 p.m. on Wednesday, a 15-year-old female was cited for after getting into an altercation on Otter Way. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 4:07 p.m. on Wednesday, a 37-year-old male was cited for failure to exercise due care after the vehicle he was driving struck another vehicle and an electrical pole on Douglas Highway.

Runaway

At 7:24 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD received a report of a 14-year-old male runaway. He was later located and returned.
