At 1:29 a.m. on Sunday, 22-year-old Curtis Stauss was arrested for second-degree assault, third-degree assault, misconduct involving weapons and a $1,500 warrant. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 3:36 p.m. on Sunday, 54-year-old Mary Ann Bailey was cited and released on Thane Road for driving without a license.
