Assault

At 7:06 p.m. on Thursday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into a reported assault on Glacier Highway. Domestic violence was a factor.

Attempt to Serve

At 7:12 p.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Tamara Jones was arrested on Douglas Highway on a $500 warrant, and 26-year-old Lyle Martin III was arrested on a $500 warrant and providing false information.

At 8:55 p.m. on Thursday, 60-year-old Tood Eugene Richards was arrested on a $500 warrant for vehicle theft on Jordan Avenue. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Found Property

At 3:53 p.m. on Thursday, a backpack found on Glacier Avenue was turned into JPD.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 1:34 a.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Richard Macasaet was arrested on Marine Way on a $500 warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree theft, and also charged with unlawful contact and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Sex Crime

At 2:02 p.m. on Thursday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a possible sexual assault of a minor.

Traffic Stop

At 4:13 p.m. on Thursday, a Chevrolet pickup was impounded for failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer on Steep Place.

Trespassing

At 4:05 p.m. on Thursday, a 33-year-old female reported a 21-year-old female and a 41-year-old male trespassed at a business on Willoughby Avenue.
