Attempt to Serve

At 9:46 p.m. on Friday, 28-year-old Ty Davis was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on two $500 warrants to revoke probation on original charges of second-degree theft and second-degree burglary.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 9:51 a.m. on Friday, 50-year-old Steven Mark Lythgoe was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Police Assist

At 8:25 p.m. on Friday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into the death of a 51-year-old female on Mountainwood Avenue. The death is not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.

At 11:09 p.m. on Friday, 54-year-old Edward Austin was arrested on Foster Avenue on a $200 warrant for two counts of violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Trespassing

At 10:04 a.m. on Friday, 63-year-old Jeffrey Carpenter was arrested on Willoughby for criminal trespass, harassment and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

At 1:47 p.m. on Friday, 37-year-old Kenneth Demmert was cited and released for criminal trespass on Willoughby Avenue.
