Attempt to Serve

At 12:29 p.m. on Wednesday, 23-year-old Delina Sims was arrested on Allen Court on a $250 Juneau Police Department warrant for failure to appear for pretrial on original charges of trespass and violating conditions of release. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Disturbance

At 6:42 a.m. on Wednesday, 49-year-old Jarrod Briley was cited and released for criminal trespass on Eastaugh Way.

Domestic Dispute

At 10:10 a.m. on Wednesday, a 42-year-old female reported an altercation between herself and a 34-year-old male on Portage Boulevard. Domestic violence was a factor.

Found Property

At 10:48 a.m. on Wednesday, a wallet was turned into JPD for safekeeping.

At 11:24 a.m. on Wednesday, a green backpack found on Alaway Avenue was turned in to JPD.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 6:54 p.m. on Wednesday, a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica driven by a 23-year-old male struck a sign and a lightpost on Glacier Highway.

Police Assist

At 3:21 p.m. on Wednesday, 30-year-old Benjamin Stepetin was cited and released for criminal trespass on Seward Street.

At 3:33 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD assisted another agency with an investigation.

Sex Crime

At 12:32 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a report of a sexual assault.

Shoplifting

At 2:12 p.m. on Wednesday, 32-year-old Kier Vergara was arrested on Vintage Boulevard for trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 7:40 p.m. on Wednesday, a 61-year-old male reported the theft of his wallet on Glacier Highway.

Traffic Stop

At 4:28 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD conducted an investigation into a 35-year-old male driving without a license on Seward Street.

Trespassing

At 6:39 a.m. on Wednesday, 34-year-old Steven Kissack was cited and released on Egan Drive for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.

At 8:50 a.m. on Wednesday, 35-year-old Kevin Jainese was cited and released on Egan Drive for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release.

At 10:59 a.m. on Wednesday, 30-year-old Carl Stepetin was cited and released for trespass on Seward Street.

At 3:32 p.m. on Wednesday, a 33-year-old reported a 46-year-old male had trespassed at a business on Willoughby Avenue.
