Attempt to Serve

At 8 p.m. on Monday, 46-year-old George Victor Powell was arrested on Teal Street on an extraditable $175,000 warrant for assault with a firearm in California. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic Dispute

At 1:33 a.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Justin Woodbury was arrested for third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault on F. Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

At 2:27 p.m. on Monday, a 50-year-old female reported being assaulted by two individuals on Thunder Mountain Road.

Police Assist

At 10:59 a.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department assisted with the disposal of drugs.

Theft

At 8:36 p.m. on Monday, a 71-year-old female reported her black 2014 Dodge Caravan was stolen on Douglas Highway. The vehicle was later located and returned.

Traffic Stop

At 12:12 a.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Shamar Ferguson was cited and released on Mendenhall Loop Road for driving without a license and violating conditions of release.
