Conditions Violation

At 12:19 a.m. on Monday, a 17-year-old male was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release. Charges are also pending for unlawful contact on a 20-year-old female.

Disturbance

At 7:07 p.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a disturbance involving several people on Shell Simmons Drive. Domestic violence was a factor.

Out With Subject or Situation

At 12:39 p.m. on Monday, 48-year-old Harry Hewson was cited and released for trespass on Egan Drive.

Shoplifting

At 1:27 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into a reported shoplifting on Glacier Highway.

Trespassing

At 10:39 a.m. on Monday, 36-year-old Halee June Parr was arrested for trespass on Teal Street. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 1:56 p.m. on Monday, 41-year-old Justin Wayne Ridinger was arrested on Whittier Street for trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 2:08 p.m. on Monday, 41-year-old Justin Wayne Ridinger was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 5:27 p.m. on Monday, JPD creased a case to document a trespass on Cinema Drive.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 10:25 a.m. on Monday, a 45-year-old female reported vandalism to a health clinic on Glacier Highway.
