Assault

At 4:16 p.m. on Wednesday, a 12-year-old male was arrested for two counts of assault on Hospital Drive. He was taken to Johnson Youth Center.

Conditions Violation

At 9:25 a.m. on Wednesday, 35-year-old Lauralee Peters was arrested on Egan Drive for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Domestic violence was a factor.

Found Property

At 3:02 p.m. on Wednesday, a wallet found on Cordova Street belonging to a 45-year-old male was turned into the Juneau Police Department. It was later returned to its owner.

Litter Violation

At 2:08 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD began an investigation into possible theft of services on Cordova Street.

Motor Vehicle Collision Without Injury

At 9:02 a.m. on Wednesday, a 2014 Ford 4-Door was damaged in a minor single-vehicle accident on 5th Street.

Traffic Stop

At 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, 39-year-old Rachelle Carson was cited and released for driving while license revoked on Cinema Drive. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

At 11:41 a.m on Wednesday, JPD began an investigation into a 23-year-old failing to stop at the direction of a peace officer on Birch Lane.

At 8:51 p.m. on Wednesday, 56-year-olf Tracy Howard and 60-year-old Stephen Howard were arrested on JPD warrants on Willoughby Avenue. Stephen Howard was also charged with driving while license revoked and violating conditions of release.

Trespassing

At 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, JPD arrested five adults for criminal trespass on Amalga Street. They were taken to LCCC.
