Attempt to Serve

At 4:40 p.m. on Thursday, 27-year-old Wayne Brett Nelson was arrested on Glacier Highway on two warrants totalling $1,250 for larceny. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Civil Matter

At 12:04 p.m. on Thursday, the Juneau Police Department created a case to document assistance provided to an outside agency.

Death Investigation

At 7:22 p.m. on Thursday, JPD conducted an investigation into the death of a 43-year-old male. Next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 9:05 p.m. on Thursday, JPD created a case in error on Mendenhall Mall Road.

Lost Property

At 4:56 p.m. on Thursday, a 63-year-old female reported a lost bag on Shell Simmons Drive after a flight from Anchorage.

Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device

At 9:05 p.m. on Thursday, 37-year-old Thomas Nayamin was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Vandalism or Graffiti

At 6:50 a.m. on Thursday, 43-year-old Timothy R. Lopez was arrested on Mendenhall Mall Road on a $2,500 warrant on an original charge of assault, and also charged with vandalism and criminal mischief.
