Intoxicated Subject

At 10:11 p.m. on Sunday, 66-year-old Roy Raymond Peters Jr. was arrested on Allen Court on a no-bail warrant for failure to remand. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Suspicious Activity Vehicle Subject Device

At 7:32 a.m. on Sunday, 34-year-old Margaret Nemaia was arrested for driving under the influence, refusal, resisting and driving without a license on Cinema Drive. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

At 10:07 a.m. on Sunday, a 42-year-old female reported a sage green North Face backpack and a .380 Glock firearm were stolen from her vehicle on Eyelet Court.

Traffic Stop

At 2:51 a.m. on Sunday, 44-year-old Brieanna Starr Chapman was arrested for driving under the influence and refusal on Egan Drive. She was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 7:04 p.m. on Sunday, 36-year-old Amanda Marie Phillips was arrested on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive on a $250 Juneau Police Department warrant. She was taken to LCCC.

At 8:43 p.m. on Sunday, 42-year-old Retta Leigh Anne Ussery was arrested for criminal trespass on Teal Street. She was taken to LCCC.
