Assault

At 4:32 p.m. on Thursday, a 53-year-old male reported he was assaulted by a 23-year-old male.

At 6:27 p.m. on Thursday, 46-year-old Theodore Niles Lauth was arrested for assault, criminal mischief, trespass and resisting on Mendenhall Mall Road. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Attempt to Serve

At 11:46 p.m. om Thursday, 50-year-old Randolph T. Williams Jr. was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $10,000 warrant on a petition to revoke probation on an original charge of possessing child pornography. He was taken to LCCC.

Conditions Violation

At 4:55 p.m. on Thursday, a 31-year-old female reported a 32-year-old male violated conditions of a domestic violence order on Douglas Highway.

Domestic Dispute

At 2:46 a.m. on Thursday, 22-year-old Elijah Russell Nauska was arrested for domestic violence assault on Amalga Street. He was taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor Vehicle Collision With Injury

At 1:48 p.m. on Thursday, a case was created by the Juneau Police Department to document a motor vehicle collision involving a CBJ vehicle on Commercial Boulevard.

Not a CCFR call

At 2:24 a.m. on Thursday, JPD began an investigation onto a reported assault on Allen Court. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

At 12:32 a.m. on Thursday, a 26-year-old male reported a backpack containing a laptop was stolen on Fourth Street.

Trespassing

At 2:27 p.m. on Thursday, 44-year-old Garrett Derr was cited and released for criminal trespass on Teal Street.

At 6:55 p.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of a 33-year-old female trespassing at a business on Willoughby Avenue.
