Attempt to Serve

At 6:52 p.m. on Saturday, 33-year-old Elliot Nathan Davies was arrested on Glacier Highway on a no-bail warrant for second-degree burglary and first-degree vehicle theft. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Death Investigation

At 8:33 a.m. on Saturday, JPD began an investigation into the death of a 77-year-old man. No foul play is suspected and next of kin has been notified.

Domestic Dispute

At 8:59 p.m. on Saturday, 40-year-old Derik Wythe was arrested for violating a domestic violence order, first-degree burglary, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief. He was taken to LCCC.

Follow Up

At 2 p.m. on Saturday, a case was created to document a vehicle that failed to stop at the direction of an officer on James Boulevard.
