Attempt to Serve

At 10:33 p.m. on Tuesday, 33-year-old Carly Ann Collins was arrested on Eastaugh Way on $200 of total warrants on original charges of false report, violating conditions of release and trespass. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions Violation

At 3:08 p.m. on Tuesday, 51-year-old Fred Reigard was arrested on Sherwood Land on $1,500 and $100 warrants for violating conditions of release, plus new charges of unlawful conduct and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Domestic Dispute

At 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, 39-year-old Crystal Snow Ketah was arrested for domestic violence assault on Douglas Highway. She was taken to LCCC.

Noise Complaint

At 10:49 p.m. on Tuesday, 41-year-old Nathan Nichols was arrested on on Glacier Highway on two no-bail warrants for failure to report to LCCC. He was taken to LCCC.

Not a CCFR Call

At 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD conducted a death investigation of a 48-year-old male on Foster Avenue. Next of kin has been notified.

Shoplifting

At 1:25 p.m. on Tuesday, 43-year-old Philip D. Liantonio was cited and released on Willoughby Avenue for concealment of merchandise, larceny and violating conditions of release.
