At 12:07 a.m. on Monday, a case was created to document a medical assist on Crow Hill Drive.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 11:10 p.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Lance Cesar was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for driving while intoxicated, disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Facility.

Theft

At 7:46 p.m. on Monday, a man reported a 55-year-old man shoplifted from a business on Willoughby Avenue.

Vehicle Rifling

At 1:54 p.m. on Monday a man reported a vehicle rifling on Main Street.
