Assault

At 11:08 a.m. on Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department began an investigation into a reported assault on Vintage Boulevard. Alcohol was involved.

At 9:08 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD began an investigation into a reported assault and robbery in the Juneau area.

Case Created

At 10:37 a.m. on Tuesday, a case was created to document a report of a fight between two juveniles on Mendenhall Loop Road.

Child Abuse or Neglect

At 5:03 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD began a confidential investigation into a possible child abuse.

Driving Without a License

At 10:44 a.m. on Tuesday, 39-year-old Shamar Ferguson was cited and released on Cinema Drive for driving without a license.

Theft

At 6:34 a.m. on Tuesday, 38-year-old Melinda Carle was arrested on Pinewood Drive for violating conditions of release, two $25 warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of driving without a license and a $500 warrant on an original charge of felony vehicle theft in the first degree.

At 10:16 p.m. on Tuesday, a man reported the theft of a ring and other items from the inside of a vehicle on Glacier Highway. Alcohol was involved.

Trespass

At 1:46 p.m. on Tuesday, a woman reported a 29-year-old man trespassed at a business on Willoughby Avenue and stole merchandise.

Vandalism

At 12:59 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD began an investigation into a vandalism report on Willoughby Avenue.

Violating Conditions of Release

At 7:37 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD began an investigation into a violation of conditions of release incident.

Warrant Arrest

At 1:33 a.m. on Tuesday, 38-year-old Michael Northern was arrested on Teal Street on a $100 warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for damage to property. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 12:20 p.m. on Tuesday, 31-year-old Christopher Glen Shank was arrested on Ralphs Way on a $1,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant and charged with escape. He was taken to LCCC.

At 4:46 p.m. on Tuesday, 38-year-old Jonathan James was arrested on Front Street on five JPD warrants totalling $250 and charged with violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.
