Burglary

At 7:34 a.m. on Monday, an investigation was conducted into a burglary report on Franklin Street.

Trespassing

At 1:22 p.m. on Monday, 61-year-old Priscilla Brown was cited and arrested for criminal trespass on Willoughby Avenue.

Shoplifting

At 4 p.m. on Monday, 41-year-old Retta Ussery was cited and released for larceny and criminal trespass on Glacier Highway.

Out with Subject or Situation

At 9:53 p.m. on Monday, 43-year-old Charles Milton was arrested for violating conditions of release, unlawful conduct, assault on a police officer and resisting on Marine Way. Alcohol and domestic violence were factors.

Assault

At 10:33 p.m. on Monday, a 57-year-old man reported being assaulted by a 31-year-old man on Allen Court. Domestic violence was a factor.
