Domestic Dispute

At 7 p.m. on Monday, a woman was arrested for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. She was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 11:16 a.m. on Monday, 29-year-old Cole Hayden Florendo was arrested on Brittany Place for driving while intoxicated and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

Failure to Report

At 6:46 p.m. on Monday, 47-year-old Carol Ouellette was arrested on a no-bail warrant issued for failure to report to LCCC on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. She was taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 7:30 p.m. on Monday, the Juneau Police Department received a theft report of pizza and beer on Shell Simmons Drive.
