Disturbance

At 6:44 p.m. on Monday, Juneau Police Department conducted an investigation into the report of the theft of a Bluetooth type speaker on Vintage Boulevard.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 12:14 a.m. on Tuesday, 29-year-old Eduardo Lyva was arrested in the Juneau area for driving while impaired. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Sex Crime

At 5:25 p.m. on Monday, JPD received a report of a possible sexual assault in the Juneau area.

Shoplifting

At 5:27 p.m. on Monday, JPD conducted an investigation into a reported theft of items from Western Auto on Glacier Highway.

At 5:57 p.m. on Monday, 42-year-old Dawn Marie Nose was arrested on Glacier Highway for larceny and later released.

At 8:02 p.m. on Monday, JPD conducted an investigation into the report of a theft of electronics on Commercial Boulevard.

Traffic Stop

At 8:36 p.m. on Monday, a 48-year-old was arrested on Northwood Drive for driving without a license and was later released.

Trespassing

At 1:14 p.m. on Monday, JPD conducted an investigation into a reported trespass on Glacier Highway.
