Abandoned Vehicle

At 10:46 p.m. on Tuesday, a black Ford was impounded on Cinema Drive as an abandoned vehicle.

Assault

At 1:03 p.m. on Monday, Juneau Police Department created a case to document a reported assault in the 1600 block of Renninger Street.

At 2:38 p.m. on Monday, JPD conducted an investigation into a reported assault in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Attempt to Serve

At 12:04 p.m. on Monday, 56-year-old Abert Ablard Garrison was arrested in the 8600 block of Teal Street on an outstanding $200 JPD warrant for failure to appear in court for the original charge of violating conditions of his release.

Burglary

At 9:59 a.m. on Tuesday, a 56-year-old man reported a possible burglary in the 5300 block of Shaune Drive.

Traffic Stop

At 10:25 p.m. on Monday, 45-year-old David Foletti was arrested in the 3900 block of Douglas Highway for driving with a suspended license and for violating conditions of his release. Foletti was later released.

Trespassing

At 2:04 p.m. on Monday, 61-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway for criminal trespass and for violating conditions of his release. Bell was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and it was determined that alcohol was a factor in this case.

At 7:44 a.m. on Tuesday, 36-year-old Christopher Joseph Patrick Waterhouse was arrested in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway for criminal trespass. Waterhouse was later released.
