Assault

At 9:53 p.m. on Wednesday, Juneau Police Department received a report of a 53-year-old man being assaulted by a 50-year-old man in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive.

Child abuse/neglect

At 11:28 a.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.

Death

At 12:07 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated the death of a 72-year-old man in the 6000 block of Glacier Spur Road. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Disturbance

At 11:15 a.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a disturbance.

Domestic dispute

At 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD investigated a report of domestic violence.

Sex crime

At 11:35 a.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a report of sexual abuse.

Shoplift

At 1:36 p.m. on Wednesday, 34-year-old Travis Keith Ross was arrested for larceny, trespass and violating conditions of release as well as an outstanding JPD warrant on the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard and taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 11:51 p.m. on Wednesday, a 32-year-old woman reported the theft of a wallet and breathalyzer from the 1500 block of Glacier Highway.

Traffic stop

At 7:42 p.m. on Wednesday, 50-year-old Curtis Edwin Anderson was cited and released for driving without a license and violating conditions of release in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway.

Trespass

At 12:18 p.m. on Wednesday, 40-year-old Renee Lynn Stevens was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 1200 block of Harbor Way.

Warrant arrest

At 4:27 p.m. on Wednesday, 33-year-old Jeneveva Morris was arrested for a JPD warrant in the 6200 block of Alaway Avenue and taken to LCCC.
