Disturbance
At 1:28 p.m. on Tuesday, Juneau Police Department responded to a report of someone yelling in a stairwell in the 300 block of Fourth Street. Alcohol was a factor.
Motor vehicle crash
At 8:27 a.m. on Wednesday, a 37-year-old man reported a motor vehicle crash in the 400 block of Franklin Street.
Traffic stop
At 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday, 51-year-old Troy Allen Mayer was cited and released for driving without a license in the 5400 block of Egan Drive.
At 10:12 p.m. on Tuesday, 27-year-old Latavia Lofftus was cited and released for driving without a license and violating conditions of release in the 2800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
Warrant arrest
At 1:37 p.m. on Tuesday, 31-year-old Damien Michael Thorne was arrested on a JPD warrant on the 3300 block of Tongass Boulevard and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
At 5:56 p.m. on Tuesday, 34-year-old Marie Ann Joseph was arrested on a JPD warrant and additionally charged with violating conditions of release in the 8700 block of Teal Street and taken to LCCC.
At 3:53 a.m. on Wednesday, 28-year-old Karla Lobaugh was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road and taken to LCCC.
At 9:14 a.m. on Wednesday, 31-year-old Jeremy Michael Olivit was arrested on Alaska State Troopers warrants in the 8700 block of Teal Street and taken to LCCC.
At 9:43 a.m. on Wednesday, 40-year-old Natasha Rose Castillo was arrested for a JPD warrant in the 200 block of Third Street and taken to LCCC.
