Assault

At 10:11 a.m. on Saturday, a 53-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and unlawful contact and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Conditions violation

At 2:29 p.m. on Thursday, 39-year-old Matthew Alexander Charles was arrested for criminal trespass, harassment and violating conditions of release in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road and taken to LCCC.

At 8:25 p.m. on Thursday, 35-year-old Richard Alan Clayton Jr. was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 8800 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

At 6:56 p.m. on Friday, Juneau Police Department received a report that a man violated his conditions of release in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.

At 8:17 p.m. on Friday, 34-year-old Marie Joseph was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 6:40 p.m. on Friday, a 26-year-old woman reported a 22-year-old man violated his conditions of release in the 100 block of Franklin Street.

At 2:59 p.m. on Saturday, 39-year-old Matthew Alexander Charles was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 8700 block of Mallard Street and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Death

At 2:29 a.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated the death of a 74-year-old woman on the 1500 block of Glacier Highway. The death is not considered suspicious.

Driving while intoxicated

At 11:26 p.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Jamie Allyson Shanley was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3300 block of Douglas Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 2:31 a.m. on Saturday, 42-year-old Edward Lloyd Walton was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2400 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Lost/found

At 2:03 p.m. on Friday, a purse found in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway was turned into JPD.

Motor vehicle crash

At 4 a.m. on Saturday, 58-year-old Stephen William Howard was arrested on a JPD warrant after driving into a light pole in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Sex crime

At 12:14 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a report of sexual assault.

At 8:16 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a possible sexual abuse of a minor.

At 3:07 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

Suspicious activity

At 10:39 a.m. on Saturday, JPD collected a license plate that was being misused in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 11:10 p.m. on Saturday, a 48-year-old man reported someone entered his home in the 2200 block of Cascade Street.

Traffic stop

At 9:53 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report that a 47-year-old man drove without a valid license.

At 4:51 p.m. on Friday, 22-year-old Carlos David Alonso Martinez was cited and released for reckless driving and lack of insurance in the 6000 block of Egan Drive.

At 9:01 p.m. on Friday, 45-year-old David Folletti was cited and released for driving with a suspended license in the 8800 block of Egan Drive.

Trespassing

At 4:17 p.m. on Thursday, a 42-year-old man reported a 70-year-old man was trespassing at a business in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

At 1:41 p.m. on Friday, a 46-year-old woman reported a 31-year-old man was trespassing in the 9200 block of Cinema Drive.

At 7:07 p.m. on Saturday, 37-year-old Michael James Howard was cited and released for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

At 3 p.m. on Thursday, a 15-year-old boy was arrested on a JPD warrant for possession of child pornography and taken to the Johnson Youth Center.

At 7:16 p.m. on Friday, 47-year-old Joshua Peter Zeller was arrested on a JPD warrant and additionally charged with violating conditions of release in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 9:57 p.m. on Saturday, 32-year-old Pavel Bogatko was arrested on a JPD warrant and charged with violating conditions of release on Ladd Street and taken to LCCC.
