Conditions violation

At 4:53 p.m. on Sunday, a 39-year-old man was arrested for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft

At 9:16 p.m. on Sunday, a. 57-year-old woman reported her cellphone was stolen from the 8500 block of Old Dairy Road.
