Driving while intoxicated

At 2:12 a.m. on Monday, 24-year-old Emily Leiv Voithofer was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a breath alcohol content of .161 and reckless endangerment in the 700 block of Calhoun Drive and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Shoplift

At 12:50 p.m. on Sunday, a 25-year-old man reported a man shoplifted from a business in the 1000 block of Third Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Trespassing

At 7:59 p.m. on Sunday, a 30-year-old woman trespassing at a business in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive left the area before officers arrived.
