Fraud/forgery

At 12:01 p.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old man reported bank fraud.

Motor vehicle crash

At 12:50 p.m. on Monday, a 44-year-old woman reported the Subaru she was driving was struck by a truck driven by a 25-year-old man in the 15100 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

At 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, 60-year-old Thomas Melvin Bell was arrested on a Juneau Police Department warrant in the 8700 block of Teal Street and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 10:42 a.m. on Tuesday, 22-year-old Kailee Jade Tavares was arrested on a $20,000 Alaska State Troopers warrant in the 8800 block of Glendale Street and taken to LCCC.

At 11:58 a.m. on Tuesday, 63-year-old Lyle Nathen Brown was arrested on multiple JPD warrants in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.
