Assault

At 11:27 p.m. on Monday, a 24-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence- assault, resisting arrest and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Child abuse/neglect

At 11:56 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.

Driving while intoxicated

At 5:36 p.m. on Monday, 62-year-old Leland Bradley Hulbert was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .153 in the 8400 block of Airport Boulevard and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 9:10 p.m. on Monday, 20-year-old Ericka June Nebert was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Ladd Street and taken to LCCC. The vehicle she was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

Motor vehicle crash

At 12:36 p.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a three-vehicle collision involving a 24-year-old man, a 59-year-old man and a 75-year-old man on Commercial Boulevard. The 59-year-old man was cited for speeding.

Sex crime

At 9:15 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of sexual assault.

At 9:42 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of sexual assault.

Suspicious activity

At 3:11 p.m. on Monday, JPD investigated a report of terroristic threatening in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
