Assault

At 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a 36-year-old was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 10:33 p.m. on Tuesday, a 27-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Burglary

At 9:23 p.m. on Tuesday, 37-year-old Jared Paul Fortin was arrested for violating conditions of release and criminal trespass in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

Conditions violation

At 9:19 p.m. on Tuesday, 69-year-old Percy Ira Douglas was cited and released for violating conditions of release in the 6300 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

Disturbance

At 12:50 p.m. on Tuesday, a 42-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence- criminal mischief and taken to LCCC.

Motor vehicle crash

At 10:25 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD documented a motor vehicle crash in the 5800 block of Douglas Highway.

Sex crime

At 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.
