Juneau students earn Montana State honors
Seven Juneauites were among those names to either Montana State University’s president’s list or dean’s list, the university announced.
To be eligible for the lists, students must have earned in at least 12 college-level credits, according to MSU.
The 1,546 students with a perfect 4.0 grade point average for the semester were named to the president’s list. The dean’s list includes the 3,834 students earning grade point averages of 3.5 or above for the semester.
Mikayla May, Mary Landes, BriAnna Overturf and Amanda Stevenson were named to the president’s list. Alexandria Hayward, Brysen Mitchell and Leah Neyhart were named to the dean’s list.
Local students make Oregon State honor roll
Four Juneau students made the honor roll at Oregon State University, the university announced.
A total of 8,378 earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the listing. To be on the honor roll, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work
The local students are: Emily Dietz, senior, Fisheries & Wildlife Sciences; Kaelin E. Quigley, freshman, Renewable Materials; Allyson N. Strong, senior, Animal Sciences; and Kyong R. Yi, senior, Civil Engineering.
