Veterans’ listening session Friday

The Department of Veterans Affairs is holding a veterans’ listening session tonight from 5-6:30 p.m. at Elizabeth Peratrovich Hall.

The interim Director of the Alaska VA Healthcare System will be in attendance. It’s a chance for veterans to discuss problems and seek solutions with the VA, which handles benefits for military retirees.

This is a quarterly event. The last listening session was in February.
