JDHS student to compete for Stockholm Junior Water Prize

Laurinne Balstad has been selected by Alaska Water Wastewater Management Association to represent Alaska at the National Stockholm Junior Water Prize competition this June at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Balstad’s paper “Variability in Zooplankton Quality Across Large Marine Ecosystems in the North Pacific” was selected from papers received from around the state.
