Criminal trespass
• At 9:38 p.m. Sunday, Dakota Gallant, 25, was arrested for criminal trespass in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and later released on his own recognizance.
• At 1:55 a.m. Monday, Steven Muetze, 53, was cited and released for criminal trespass of a business in the 100 block of Seward Street.
Fire and medical
• On Sunday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to five EMS calls, two transport calls to take patients to and from the hospital and airport, and a call to Distin Avenue that was cancelled en route.
Theft
• At 12:20 p.m. Sunday, a breakfast sandwich valued at $5.99 was reported stolen and then recovered by a business in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
• At 8:51 p.m. Sunday, Tracy Day, 40, was cited and released for concealment of $136.63 worth of merchandise from a business in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
• At 9:44 a.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of theft of checks from a business in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.
