Assault

• At 1:57 p.m. Monday, a 25-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Burglary

• At 10:28 p.m. Monday, an investigation continued into a reported burglary in the 8400 block of Valley Boulevard.

Criminal mischief

• At 1:04 a.m. Tuesday, an investigation continued into a report of criminal mischeif in the Juneau area.

Fire and medical

• On Monday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to seven EMS calls, including a call to Kennedy Street to confirm the death of Juneau Mayor Greg Fist at 3:34 p.m. JPD took over the scene to investigate the cause of death. Throughout the day, CCFR also responded two false fire alarm on Teal Street and Point Lena Loop Road, and a transport call to a take a patient from Bartlett Regional Hospital to Juneau International Airport.

Harassment

• At 2:34 p.m. Tuesday, a confidential investigation continued into a report of child enticement in the Juneau area.

Theft

• At 12:07 p.m. Monday, a woman reported the theft of jewelry from her home in the 700 block of Fifth Street. Investigation continues.

• At 2:33 p.m. Monday, an investigation continued into the theft of jewelry in the 3000 block of Wood Duck Avenue.

• At 2:37 p.m. Monday, an investigation continued into a possible vehicle theft in the 4300 block of University Drive.

• At 7:06 a.m. Tuesday, an investigation continued into fuel theft from a Care-a-Van parking lot 1800 block of Glacier Highway.

Traffic stop

• At 5:43 a.m. Tuesday, Brandon Stephens, 31, was cited and released for driving with a revoked license in the 900 block of 10th Street.
