Members of the Seattle Seahawks spent a day in Barrow, Alaska, on July 6 visiting with locals and Special Olympics athletes. Tackle Terry Poole and offensive guard Kristjan Sokoli joined assistant coach Tom Cable and Sea Gals Kylie Cook and De’Djuana Simpson in the visit, which included a dip in the Arctic Ocean, a cookout with Barrow athletes and a home visit with a local family. The visit was sponsored by GCI.
