The Juneau Community Foundation and the City and Borough of Juneau recently announced three grants totaling $97,000 for senior care. The grants, awarded to Catholic Community Services’ (CCS) Southeast Senior Services Division, will be used to fund the organization’s Juneau Senior Nutrition Program, The Bridge Adult Day Program, and Senior Wrap Around Services in Juneau. CCS, which also received a grant for its hospice program, was one of 12 organizations to receive grants as part of the 2016 CBJ Social Service Grants.
