Improv festival announces schedule

The 2016 Alaska State Improv Festival has announced that Texas-based group Parallelogramophonograph will headline its 2016 event in Juneau.

The festival is a four-day event of improvisational comedy now entering its 12th year. The 2016 event will take place from April 28 to May 1 at McPhetres Hall and the Hangar Ballroom.

Also on the festival’s schedule is B-Teatro from Turin, Italy, and 808, a hip-hop-infused show from Los Angeles.
