Conditions violation

At 10:48 p.m. on Monday, a 34-year-old man was arrested for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic dispute

At 5:05 p.m. on Monday, a 39-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- criminal mischief and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

At 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday, a 41-year-old man reported a domestic incident with a 34-year-old woman in the 300 block of Fourth Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Fire investigation

At 5:38 p.m. on Monday, JPD assisted Capital City Fire/Rescue with a fire investigation in the 8800 block of Douglas Highway.

Lost/found

At 6:57 p.m. on Monday, JPD collected a found item from the 1100 block of Calhoun Avenue.

Theft

At 7:21 a.m. on Tuesday, a 48-year-old woman reported a theft from the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

At 2:38 p.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Kyle William Frye was arrested on a JPD warrant on the 400 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.
