Conditions violation

At 10:40 p.m on Sunday, 47-year-old Jeremy Adam Burns was arrested for escape, criminal mischief and violating conditions of release in the 11800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

Sex crime

At 8:42 a.m on Monday, JPD investigated a report of sexual abuse of a minor.

Theft

At 12:54 p.m on Sunday, a 44-year-old man reported the theft of a 1989 Ford pickup. It was later recovered.

At 1:11 p.m on Sunday, a 56-year-old man reported his boat was ransacked and a 12-gauge shotgun, a Honda portable generator and a CO2 pellet gun were stolen from the 2200 block of Brandy Lane.

Vandalism

At 5:47 p.m on Sunday, a 2012 Dodge truck sustained approximately $1,000 in damage after the windows were broken in the 13400 block of Glacier Highway.

Warrant arrest

At 1:50 p.m on Sunday, 45-year-old Nathan Jon Giske was arrested on an Alaska State Troopers warrant on the 100 block of Behrends Avenue and taken to LCCC.
